Israeli forces attempt to occupy a crossroads defended by Egyptian forces.

The Israeli forces advance towards the target, there seems to be less of them there should be, I wonder whats happened to the rest of them, some long range fire does very little.

The Israeli mechanised infantry reach the edge of town and begin to attempt to dislodge some Arbas from an apartment block, this proves difficult and will continue for the next 6 turns!

Two T-34s launch an ambush from among a ruin. The missing Israeli forces make an apperance and immediatly start shooting up T-34s.

The flanking force begins to push into town dispatching more T-34s but not the tough dug-in infantry, a quick close assualt also does for a T-34.

The Egyptians start to use danger close artillery hitting their own men in one building, but offer a wide range of destruction among the attackers. However this is a lone high point for the boys from Cairo!

The Israeli forces overcome the might of the Egyptian ambushers and push onto two the other flank, the Eygptians combine mortars and artillery to keep the mechanised infantry on the edge of town but are powerless to stop the advance of the Ishermans.

Things are looking bad for the Egyptians, the M-48s are at the door and the Ishermans are in the town, the Egyptians are restricted to picking off the odd section of infantry or a halftrack.

The Egyptian defence finally crumbles and they leg it!
