The British roll on, they have three troops of Shermans, one heads straight for Cagny, the other deploys into the centre with the aim of acting as a reserve, the third is being held back for a flanking attacking, long range fire is exchanged with the defenders of Cagny.  One British scout car has a bad encounter with a group of Panthers.

The RAF arrive to make their contribution over Cagny, but as the last of the Shermans is brewed up the infantry are left to try and take the town, "Fix bayonets!"

The advance of the Panthers proves devastating in the centre and over at Cagny volley fire from PIATs is not have the desired effect either, where the hell are the reserves?!

An infantry attack against the Panthers is about as succesful as one would expect! The reserves still don't arrive.

Outside Cagny the British infantry deal with the German armour hand to err track! But are in turn gun down by the German infantry, air and long range Sherman fire sorts out the Panthers, who have been making mincemeat out of Guardsmen, over on the otherside the reserves finally arrive spraying fire around!

Both sides need to take breaktests but the Brits are at -2 and they fail, but they held out long enough to deny the Germans a major victory!
